　　The following is a simple way to check the brake introduced by the brake manufacturer.

　　Check the amount of brake fluid. The amount of brake fluid storage should be between the upper and lower engraved lines of the reservoir. If the brake fluid is short, the brake fluid of the same type and brand should be added, and other types of brake fluid or alcohol substitutes should not be added.

　　Check the "feel" of the brake pedal of the hydraulic brake system. Step on the brake pedal, first of all, you should be able to feel the small free stroke of the pedal (to meet the needs of various models), and the free stroke should be between 6-20mm. Continue to depress the pedal, and the pedal should have significant resistance until it stops. If the pedal is depressed softly and there is no significant resistance, it indicates that the brake system is faulty and should be repaired; if the pedal is depressed, the first foot pedal is very low, and the second foot recovers normally, but depress the pedal forcefully A slight amount of elasticity indicates that there is air in the brake pipeline, and the air in the brake hydraulic pipeline should be purged. When the brake pedal is stepped on, a certain interval should be maintained between the brake pedal and the cab floor, and the interval should meet the needs of the vehicle type. If the interval is too small, it indicates that the wheel brake shoe gap is too large, and the shoe gap of the wheel brake should be adjusted.

　　Check the leakage of the brake system. Check the technical situation of the brake system, and remove the signs of looseness, oil leakage or air leakage in each connection part.

　　View in parking state. After starting the engine, after the engine has been running for a few minutes, with regard to the hydraulic brake system (including vacuum assist type), if the brake pedal is depressed and the response is normal, the piping system is normal.

　　View in the traveling state. Start the engine, release the hand brake, make the car travel at a speed of 20-30km/h, step on the brake pedal on a boring and straight road, the car should decelerate and park quickly, and there is no sign of deviation. After the car is braked, when the brake pedal is released and the vehicle continues to travel, it should be able to start and travel smoothly, and when the steering wheel is not moved during travel, the vehicle should continue to travel in a straight line and not run off the track. When the car travels for a period of time (without stepping on the brake), when parking to check the temperature of the brake drum (brake disc box brake pads), the temperature should be normal and not troublesome.
