When using the brake, sometimes there will be very loud scraping noise. The main factors causing this noise are as follows:

　　1. The friction plate is damaged

　　If the rivet head riveting the friction plate is worn or the material of the adhesive friction plate is invalid, the friction plate can be caused to fall, then the metal will be directly touched during braking, and the rotor will be scratched by metal particles. They not only affect the safe braking interval, but also cause great damage to the turning surface. In order to eliminate the above-mentioned problems, the first thing is to replace the new friction plate, and then correct the damaged rotor surface.

　　2. The brake caliper is not centered

　　When the brake caliper is misaligned, the brake disc can be scratched by metal particles. When repairing, check each part carefully. If damaged or worn parts are found, they should be replaced in time. If the ear hole of the brake caliper device is uneven, severely damaged, and the guide surface is worn, it may be replaced.

　　3. The edges of the brake caliper and brake disc are rusted and stained with mud

　　If these questions are found during the inspection, the relevant parts must be cleaned and derusted. If the rusty surface has affected the normal operation of the brake caliper and brake disc, they must be replaced.

　　4. The bearing ring is loose

　　If the bearing ring is found to be loose, it is probably repaired and necessary adjustments.
